New FTP Program - 8/16/2006

Jin is putting together a very simple FTP program that will allow you to send us files via FTP. This will alleviate the issue of "anybodies" email service going down, on other side of the equation. The screen will be simple to use: Browse for the file to send, then click Send. Done deal. We will have our operators view our "anonymous" directory on our server and manually download the files for import.
